Is there a contract or setup fee?

No. There are no contracts or setup fees, and you can cancel anytime from within your account.

Do I need a real estate license to sign up?

An active real estate broker or agent license is required to establish a paid account. The free owner and manager account does not require a real estate license.

Can I sign up as an agent instead of a brokerage?

Yes. You do not need to be a broker or represent an office to choose the Individual plan, but you do need an active real estate agent license.

Can multiple offices share the same database?

Separate offices can share the same database when they are in the same state. Contact us so we can review your account structure.
