After we upgraded the feeds yesterday, we got some very valuable feedback.  We really appreciate it and thank you.

The biggest issue we saw was that the new feeds made the Dashboard very busy, which pushed down your important announcements.  Also, not everyone cares about everything.

We added the ability for each agent to filter out the type of the feeds that you do not want to see.  You can also use it to toggle certain type of feeds on and off, to only show them when you care to see them.  Your filter options are also saved the next time you visit the Dashboard.
