Thanks for the feedback and really appreciate it.  I certainly agree with what you said here.  But how is this different from MLS listings?  People pull MLS listings to display on their websites, and they are using the content directly entered by the other agents, which can also have questionable content.

I do not want deleaded or anything pertaining to that subject in my ads along with&quot;great for students&quot; &quot;working people only&quot; etc. I also don&#039;t want to change every landlord to private one by one. Your policy should be to turn it on, not to have to turn it off. You are now truly writing ads for people if it appears on the websites unbeknownst to the users suddenly. Are you editing the features an owner puts out there one by one.  I understand the goal but these are my concerns.</description>
