If you have a premium account with us, we have good news for you. Our Zillow feed is almost live. With some help from Zillow, we are finally going to feed your listings to them. Hopefully, this will provide you with another great source of leads. Please read on, as your action might be required.
Full Address Will Be Displayed
Zillow requires that all listings disclose full address, which we know might be an issue to some of you. While YGL cannot change Zillow’s policies, we want to give you control over your listings. With our Zillow setup, you can choose to feed all listings, selected listings or not feed to them at all. If you have an manager / admin account, you can access this option in Account -> Date Feeds.
To select particular listings you want to include IN the feed, you need to do two things:
1. Change the Zillow Feed setting to “Yes” and only Listing Selection to “Only Listings Tagged with Zillow.com”.
2. Tag listings you want to feed with “Zillow.com”
THE ZILLOW FEED WILL BE GOING LIVE IN THE NEXT 48 HOURS, IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE INCLUDED OR WANT TO SELECT PARTICULAR LISTINGS, PLEASE DO SO ASAP.
Is Your Custom Zillow Feed On?
We noticed many of you have the Zillow custom feed on. This means your listings will not be included in our standard Zillow feed. The custom feed allows you to feed to Zillow separately. But be sure you know your custom feed is live on Zillow, otherwise, you should turn it off so your listings will be included with our standard Zillow feed.
