New Error Handling / Logging in YGL

Last night we implemented a new error handling / logging system in YGL.  Before the new system, when a technical error occurs, an error message is displayed to the user, and the user will need to notify YGL Support to fix the issue. Our support team will then repeat the steps with the user to reproduce the error and fix it.  When an error happens to a renter, since he/she might not report it, sometimes we won’t know it for a long time.

Going forward, the new system will automatically log the error occurrence and conditions,  and automatically notify the YGL Support team an error has occurred.  Which we will then get on fixing it right away.

Please also note that an error ID is now available when an error occurs.  You will be report this error to us with the ID, and check the status on it.
