We are excited to make it available to you a new feature: Auto Paperwork Generation.
With this new auto paperwork generation feature, you can upload your standard and custom documents/forms to YGL, and we will make it available to you within your YGL account. For example, you can automatically generate the lease and lead law from a deal, saving you and your agents time and effort, while minimizing errors.
Here is How It Works:
Step 1 – Send your document/form to us using the document generation request form.

Step 2 – YGL will process your document and make it available to you in your deals. You will then be able to select the document to be generated from a deal.

Step 3 – Once you select a document to be generated, a new window will open allowing you to make final modifications to the form inputs before generating the document.

Step 4 – When ready, click on the Generate button, it’ll generate your document in PDF format with the fields populated.

Why do I need to pay and how much?
Standard Forms are $40 each to setup. Custom Forms are $40 each + $6.50 per field. The reason for the setup fee is very simple. YGL needs to process and setup each document individually. For Custom Forms, this takes a good amount of time.
What’s Coming…
In the near future, we are planning to allow you share your deal with the applicants. The applicants will be able to check what’s missing from the deal, and to fill out and generate the necessary paperwork (Rental App, Lease, Lead Law, etc) online.
